What are the career prospects after pursuing MCA?

I am still confused about my career. because i am already 31 years of age and doing a job in bpo industry. i want to leave bpo industry. some of my friend is saying that there is no any advantage for your mca. so please solve my proble, i am in 4th sem from smu
