Which of the two is better - M.Sc or a Diploma in Geoinformatics

Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to ask that which is better: a M.Sc in geoinformatics or a Diploma of the same.. what are my careers in both? and what are the advantages and drawbacks of both in respect of getting a job?
