I want to pursue for UPSC ,I am 19 just now.I want to be in the Indian foreign service preferebily,Can learning foreign languages help in any way?and what are the degrees i should further study,presently doing bcom?does having 2 degrees help or i should just try for upsc at age 21?should i do LAW?
