Respected Sir , The PGDBA with specialization in Finance, HR given by Symbiosis Distance Learning Education Pune is equivalent to MBA in corporate ore not. How much valid it is for corporate join and what is the course grading for diploma holders. Please mail me comments as soon as possible. Thanks.

For corporate jobs, this would not be much of a problem, but for higher education and government jobs, you will have to go in for regular university programs
