after diploma in electronics which course is better to do? plz preffer 1 or 2 year course..

From your question it is not sure which filed you want to pursue your education further. If it is in the same field, then you can try for lateral entry into engineering courses.. Or else you can also do some diploma courses in telecommunication filed which would help you further.
