I have lost my transfer certificate.can i able to join for CA course without having TC?

In some institutes you can, in some institutes you can't. It would be best if you can inquire from the institute you wish to pursue CA from directly.
Why don't you issue a new transfer certificate? The whole process would not take more than 2 weeks.
