hi, ITIL is not a easy course its Big & very good one.. if you want to learn ITIL as best start better go to for HP.com / learinings/ ITIL or reach any near by HP office and the get the detial. HP is best trainng center accross globe but fee is cost but maximum you will be the best. all the best.
