I have done B.Sc. from Botany and Chemistry. Am I eligible for TGT biology?

There is post of TGT Natural science as you have botany and chemistry you are eligible for this post but you must have done.B.Ed . To become PGT biology you must be MSc (Botany/Zoology) with B.Ed

For a TGT (trained graduate teacher) in biology, i guess you should be a graduate/postgraduate in the same subject. With Botaby & Chemistry, i guess it is not too easy.
