hi, I joined btech in 2003. But still I am appearing for one backlog which is left over. I have geniune 3 yrs exp. If I join any MNC what will be my EXP? is it 3 years or Fresher ( if I pass now) please let me know. I also have a BSC in Distance mode will it be considered?

Let us know, in which field you have 3years of exp. So it will depends on your Field of Work also
