Yes no doubt that course is fully recognised and approved one. But it is not considered equivalent to bachelore dergee. So you can appear for UPSC's those entrance whose minimum qualification requirement is +2, for example- NDA. But cant appear for those which requires a bachelore dgree, for exampl
