Hi Ranjodh,
Sory to say but your bands are really very low i dont think so you will get admission in any university with this band. Never mind you can try to give IELTS again after 3 months and try to get atleast 6 bands to get an admission in New Zealand Universities for the desired program.

Hi, minimum IELTS requirement for NZ is 5.5 bands for Diploma courses after 12th. I feel you should retake exam and try to get higher bands sothat you can get visa easily. I got 5 band in IELTS, I passed class 12th in arts with 55%.
