What is the possibility that if we didn\\\\\\\'t attain the eligible marks for JRF we will be eligible for NET?

If applied for JRF and after the announcement of result, if we didnt attain the eligiable marks for JRF and if we are eligiable for lectureship, will we be considered as Passed for NET
