one need to be very focus and talented to clear this exam.i would comment it is very low.it is always better to try our best than to scare and step back.all the best

The Success rate actually depends upon the level of preparation. Since you are interested in IAS, i would like to say that their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. In order to prepare for IAS the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized univ
