I ve completed my B.Tech in IT and Working in a software concern.Wish to Do my MS in UK.So can any one say which course weights more.Ms in Information System : organisation and Management or Ms in Logistics and Supply Chain management.

These two are very different courses that you are trying to compare. One is a course that is designed for I.T. sector and the other for logistics and supply chain industry. Logistics and supply chain management with ERP/SAP incorporated in the university of central Lancashire. You can see the details in www.uclan.ac.uk This is a good option which will make you employable. However you ahve to perform well to compete in the Global competition
