There are 14 principles of management namely : Division of work, Authority, Discipline,Unity of command, Unity of direction, Subordination, Remuneration, Centralization, Scalar chain, Order, Equity, Stability of tenure of individual, Initiative, Esprit de corps.These were given by Henri Fayol.
