Does gap of year in education affects the job prospects?

I should have passed diploma in 2008 but still have a subject pending which i am going to appear for in dec.Planning to join Bsc IT next year in july and meanwhile planning to give cisco exams and i will be 23 when i graduate. Will the wasted years affect my chances of getting a job in the future?

Hi Mayur, Well do not worry on the account of the gap that has caused due to a pending paper but I would suggest you to concentrate on clearing it and look forward to a bright future. Job opportunities will definitely come your way as they would depend on your talent and skill set more than anythin
