Sir,I'm jishnu frm kerala .I'm 21 yrs. I cmplted +2(science stream) with 69% of marks in 2006. I done BCA in MGU (distance education). I couldn't pass Bca . So in 2010 june I went to a regular cource BA multimedia in St.joseph college (MGU). After cmplting this degree , can i apply for IAS ?
