Don't be confused, just do what you want to do,what you are interested to do.
In the indian market, i don't think there are shortage of jobs and as you have your B.Pharm degree you have many choices to follow.

You have an option of doing M.Pharma, which I suggest you must do for a better career. Alternatively you can apply in Pharmceutical companies or packed food product manufacturing companies. Working for research projects is also a good option at the moment.
