Arpit, first and foremost be focussed on UPSC exams if you are trying for IAS. Make a habit of reading. read lot of newspapers particularly "The Hindu". Read "Pratiyogita Darpan". Try to go in the details of whatever you study. Take study material from a good coaching institute. Appear in mock tests
