How should one go about choosing one\\\'s specialization for the MBA program
One last thing, plz can u help me to choose for specialisation between
finance and Operation as both are of my Interest. Operation is one of
the recent coming area; however, the answer which i receive from my
Friends and collagues differs some says Finance and some operation.

Choose your flavour Both courses are in demand these days. For Banking and Finance related jobs prefer Finance. For jobs in Manufacturing Industries, prefer Operations.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing a specialisation is your own interests and career aspirations. Both Finance & Operations offer bright career opportunities.

I would also suggest Operations for you as suggested by Mr. Abhinav because with specialization in operations the field for you would be wider and you will have more number of opportunities. With finance you may get a better paying job but the scope would be comparitively limited in comparison to "O

Operation will be good for you, bcoz i you analyse one thing there is no time limit in Job for finance people, where operations dept work only in working time. all the best
