Hi Ajay,
UPSC is Union Public Service Commission, an exam conducted by govt. of India for jobs in govt. sector. In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-3
