hey, Executive MBA is a part time MBA Program where in you can work and pursue you MBA at the same time, the classes are held on weekends and a full time MBA program is a 2 years full time program where in the second year you can opt for IT as a specialization. Depending on your interest

In case of MBA your first choice should be to do it through a regular course of 2 years. If not feasible then go for distance education from an approved institute. Executive MBA's are good only if your organization prefers you to do that or sponsors you for it. It might not add high value to your C
