I have cleared my C.S. Executive prog . Presently i m on retainorsh with legal dept. of company since 2008 as legal advisor. our legal incharge is not C.S but she is legal head with qualification LL. B and C.S. inter. Whether i can claim exemtion for Articleship of 15 months on this ground?
