Hi Manish,
The eligibility for UPSC exams is graduation from a recognized university and the candidates age should lie between 21-30yrs. There are two stages in UPSC exams that you need to clear- Preliminary exam and main exam. For your preparation i would suggest you to join a good coaching instit
