Hi Manish,
The eligibility for UPSC exams is graduation from a recognized university and the candidates age should lie between 21-30yrs. There are two stages in UPSC exams that you need to clear- Preliminary exam and main exam. For your preparation i would suggest you to join a good coaching instit

HI,UPSC coaching are provide many coaching in India.The UPSC examination comprises of two successive stages. IPS exam is carried out by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) and constitutes two stages:
a. The Preliminary Examination and
b. The Main Examination.
