You can very well apply for govt jobs. But for some of the jobs, they ask for first class graduation., Such jobs you will not be able to apply. The eligibility criteria is only the issue. as such your degree is fully validated provided you have done it from a AICTE/UGC recognized institution or a un

Depends for which post you are applying for and what eligbility is asks for.For maximum Govt Jobs Graduation is required which you are eligible for. In eligible criteria it is specified MBA full time/ correspondence is required but it should be from recognised by AICTE or UGC.

Pawan, for Govt jobs if MBA is a requirement then you need to have the degreet from a Govt approved institute.
