Hi, with 5.5 bands you have chance to get admission only in private college not in govenment Colleges which are part of SPP program and as per SPP IELTS requirement to qualify is 6 bands minimum. Looking at this fact, I think you should prepare again for IELTS exam and retake same after 2 to 3 month
