What is the standing of the MBA degree from IIBS - Bangalore

i am thinking of joining MBA in IIBS bangalore for january batch 2011. is punjab technical university from which the degree will be given approved AICTE, UGC, DEC, Ministry of HRD, Govt.of India. is MBA degree from IIBS valied. is it ok to join in that college.pls give me information.
