Which program will help a Commerce Graduate working with ICICI Bank as a Customer Service Executive better his career prospects
I am not that sure which couse i should prefer for. Currently i am BCOM Graduate with 53%. Working in ICICI Bank into customer service. I would like to do some course in Banking which can enhance my carrer.
Its been 5 years that i am out of studies.

Hi Santosh, if you planning to do some courses related to banking and finance sector so you can take admission through distance learning education, because it wont disturb your daily job.
You an take admission into MBA or PGD in Banking specilization. And you have experience so distance education is
