Which program will add value to an M.Com working as a Commercial Officer with a retail chain

You can look at doing the one year full time program, from IBS Hyderabad, which is for professionals, having a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Once you complete the program, your horizons will become wider, and enable you, to start on a higher plane.

Doing MBA with specialization in Retail management is one of the options for you. You can also do it in Finance, which also would help you in your career.
