Hi Ajit Kumar,
There are many institutes in India offering coaching for the UPSC exams like Rau's IAS, Chanakya, IMS and many more and this will differ from one location to another as well and most importantly it is your own capability which will help you to qualify the exams.

No institute can be said to be the best... like for political science, Vajiram is the BEST. for sociology OP Ghohar is the best etc... tell me your subjects so that i could help you in the best way i can.
