What is the procedure to migrate to other college in another state in the 2nd year of college?
hello sir/mam i want to ask that if i have done my bba 1st year in any state can i be migrated to other college in other state for 2nd year? please help me

You can't do that you need to start from beginning.
If you really want to migrate, then Delhi will be an excellent option as most of the corporate are here.
