Dear Niupam, there are a lots of colleges and institutes that may help you getting your degree in Bangalore. about MS in CS or ES compared with MTECH, i should say that stick to the traditional system of education as it really helps in placements. Hi Nirupam, is good that you having working experience with good qualification related to IT field. If you are planning to do MS/MTech as a part time so you can search a web portal for more details.
Or else some university also provides distance education in MTEch, so search for that also.
