I am student of 3rd bsc computer science next can i join to and how to join

Dear Amey, Check out with Excel College of Higher Education. Their courses are self-study distance learning courses. They don't conduct classes. They will provide books / study material. I will advice these courses to working class. If you had Phy Chem Maths in FY of BSc then you can join BTech III

I dont know which university may accept your application but i disagree with your idea of changing your entire field... dont just jump here and there in search of good money or job, do what you like... and not what the world is up to.
