What is the criteria for lateral entry in computer science engineering?

hi i\'m studding in India and right now i\'m pursuing 2nd year of computer science engineering.Is it possible migrate to your college and continue my another two year over there, if possible then what would be the required documents that i should submit and the requirements.

there are options for credit trnsfer available but it is a lengthy process......by the time you will get the admission in the next coming intake Sep. your course here will be close to finish..it is better to finish your course here and then go in for PG course and get ur PR/Citizenship in CANADA
