Hi Abhinav n Senkum.... Just wanted to check how beneficial is dis HR field in terms of self economy compare to technical and even its hard for me to get into technical field since i am working as HR from last 2 yrs.. Since i am basically from Engineering background just wanted to know about this.

In which field you are interested? If you are interested in Engg Field then you will get high pay but no time limit in job, But in HR sector you will get less pay & also limited time. So in HR sector you will be more relaxed. This assumption may vary company to company. For more information you can
