What is the recognition status of MS University?

hi.... i wanted to ask that MANONMANIAM SUNDARANAR UNIVERSITY is valid or affiliated from ugc? i have done my 1 year in ba eng hons from delhi university but due to some circumstances i was not able to give further exams ans wasted my 3 years.... is MS university affiliated n can i continue my study
