My Friend has Done his HSC(Arts, Hindi Medium) from Madhya Pradesh Now he stays in Mumbai and he wants to continue his further studies by doing Correspondence FY BA from Mumbai University. Can he Continue his studies here? if Yes what are the Parameters he needs to fulfill to do so?

yes he can;no such parameters required;just a transfer certificate
