Hi, I am Yugandhara. I am presently in my second year M.Tech (Environmental Engineering) from VJTI, Mumbai. I wish to pursue my PhD in UK. Is it true that All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) does not recruit Foreign PhD holders in AICTE accreditated colleges in India?

Why you are worried about AICTE ?. You can get admission in any foreign university with stiphend. You can apply for one yaar research degree you that is MRes. ths will reduce PhD to two years.
