Hi, I am working in BPO Industry, how ever i have done my deploma in software from NIIT and i am a Commerce Graduate passed out in the year 2005. Now i am looking to change my Carrer from BPO to IT and i am very much Interested in Software development or Implementation. Is there any ways to switch ?

Your first option is to talk to your HR people, in the BPO, where you are working right now. You have not mentioned whether you are working for a Captive BPO or Third Party BPO. Lot of BPO's have many functions apart from BPO, which is Software Programming, Software Testing, ERP Solutions and so on.
