hello ... I want to know if doing my post Graduate(MBA) in CORRESPONDENCE will hamper my chances to get into a well recognised college for my M.Phil In management. Do M.Phil colleges give preference to those who did PG in regular????

Yes, the preference is always given to the students who do a regular degree program. However, if you have an excellent academic records and your profile stands out amongst the other M.Phil prospective students then the chances are that you may get admission in a good college.
