Is a person eligible for B-Arch from IIA after completing his Diploma in Architectural Engg from ICE

hi, I visited the web site of ICE ( Institute of Civil Engineering) where they are offering Diploma in Architercture Engineering for ITI Draughtsman. Is it benificial for me. I am Architectural Draughtsman with 10 years of exp. After doing that diploma will i be aligible to do B-Arch From IIA.
