Do you accept 3 year diploma in mechanical engineering for masters program in your college, such as Bioengineering MSE Programme

For a masters program, no university would accept a diploma. The requirement for a Masters degree is a 4 year degree or equivalent. If you want to pursue your studies in USA, you would have to apply for a bachelors degree.
