What is the eligibility for EETC course?

As i have passed 10 2 in 2007 with 60 % in Non -Medical & i would like to do EETC in your great organization.\nIs i am eligible for EETC (Electronice Enginerring Technician-Communications) & also what are the requirements for study abroad ?
