How are the job opportunities in india after doing ms in US

It depends. If you do not score really well in the MS, then the payscale would not be that good. On the other hand, if you score really well(a GPA above 3.3), you would have all sorts of jobs opportunities as well as would get your desired payscale.
Also, the brand image plays a very important role

Just same as after you do your ms in India. there wont be any difference but most of the HR people thinks that after studying in US, coming back to India means that you failed to get a job out their..
