Hi, doing MS CS from US is best option for you. For best University check USA News website http://www.usnews.com/ for ranking, etc. What is your graduation marks? Whether you have cleared TOEFL with 90+ marks and GRE with 1200+ marks? Which intake are you like to start study at USA? Normal cost of 1
