What is the basic eligibility for pursuing MS (Automobile Engineering) from the US

I am pursuing my degree (last year BE in electronics & telecommunication) from the university of mumbai. what are the related subjects that i can specialise in? i am really interested in entering the automobile field (for MS, in USA). is this possible, taking into account, my graduation stream?
