I would like to learn annual fees for MBA & also like to learn about IELTS requirement if I have done my entire study of 15 years in English

Since you are asking about IELTS also, I guess you are looking forward to gaining your MBA from UK . In the UK there are 2 categories of university requirements for an MBA. One which asks you for a work experience of 2 - 3 yrs in managerial level and ones which accept your application as a fresher.

It is not possible to study your education at this university or any university in Canada as you have a 15 year degree whereas the requirement in Canada is 16 years or equivalent. Please look for universities in countries like UK, Europe or Australia.
