Is there any differecnce in writing the GRE and TOFEL test in India and USA. Where can we score better, is it the same in both places or higher in India or USA. Heard that its tough to give the test in USA rather than in India. Please throw some light on me on this.

Whatever you have heard is absolutely incorrect!
The tests are very much the same even if it is being conducted in USA or India. The standard, quality, number of questions, difficulty, etc. everything is the same. There is no difference!
