What is the eligibiity and procedure to join Merchant Navy

I study in class 12th. I m deeply intrested in Merchant Navy and i want to join it after passing out in 12th. So, please tell me what is the procedure to join it.

I would suggest you to complete your 12th and regularly read Employment Newspaper. All Army, Navy vacancies are issued in it. Also acquire Good General Knowledge and Logical Reasoning skills from books as its Enterence test is quite tough.
