Hello Freinds, i have completed my B.Com this year with 71% and doing a job presently in IT Industry as Mail Support Executive handling mail related problems which is a good learning experience, i would like to know much better carrer options ahead in IT field...any help?

There are two fields, which you can look at. The first one is KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing ) which requires professional qualification and work expertise, in a particular area or function, as in, finance, marketing and so on. The second option is, Recruitment Process Outsourcing ( RPO )
